ACRC COMMIT TO BE FIT

The ACRC is committed to keeping our members safe during these hard times.  It is in these times that it is vital to take care of our mental and physical health.  The Wellness Committee has created a Fitness Challenge to run from June 1-30, 2020 to encourage physical fitness and improve overall health.  

The challenge would be to complete any exercise daily for at least 30 minutes for 30 days! This could be a bike ride, walk, run, or an at home fitness routine – whatever your preferred exercise! It may be a different exercise daily or this may be a good time to try something new!  

Registration is below and will be done daily. You can register as an individual, or family.  Prizes will be awarded for individual participation, family participation – and don’t forget the young family members! A separate prize awarded to our participants under 18 years of age. Each time they are included in the members daily email, they will receive a ballot!

You (or your family) will receive one ballot for each daily registration received before midnight. If you participate all 30 days you will receive an additional 5 ballots – giving you 35 ballots.  Please keep in mind, if you forget to submit or miss a day – you will only receive ballots for the days you have submitted.  The more ballots you submit, the more chances you have to win!

Photo of the week! (members can submit photos and one will be picked for a prize and pics may be posted) – $50 each week for the best photo  by submitting a photo, you are agreeing to have your picture used by ACRC – possibly website, and or social media, other as deemed appropriate.
